Em Rusciano has slammed Vogue Australia for 'policing women's bodies'.
The 45-year-old podcaster attacked the magazine - famed as a fashion tastemaker - over an article recommending styles and clothing brands for women 'over 50'.
Describing herself as an 'elder fashion girlie' in an Instagram post, Em suggested Vogue should stop 'peddling the narrative that fashion has limits'.
She also criticised the magazine for using older models in the story.
'How about we stop policing the things that women put on their bodies,' she said in her post.

'Thanks very much, hoping this doesn’t cost me my inevitable cover story! I’m standing by!'
Em was particularly angry they used an older woman as a model for a story about women in 'mid-life'.
She posted a screen grab of the spread which featured 86-year-old architect Penelope Siedler.

She continued: 'And also can we stop telling women that they out of brands. Because I’ll shop wherever the hell I want thanks Vogue.
'You want our money. We are women who now maybe have a bit more of an income. We know who we are and we also wanna feel a bit better about ourselves, because we are in our mid life.
