The Voice has continued to be a ratings powerhouse for Channel Seven.

The Rita Ora-led talent show amassed a gigantic 1.113 million metro viewers on Monday night, outpacing even Nine's 6:30pm news broadcast.

A continued strong ratings showing from Seven puts the network first in both primary channel and network rankings.

Elsewhere on Seven, Home and Away attracted 676,000 pairs of eyeballs.

Meanwhile, Australian Survivor: Brains vs Brawn did solid numbers for the struggling Channel 10, with 699,000 watching in the five capital cities.

The good news for Seven comes amid rumours Delta Goodrem could reprise her role as a coach on The Voice next year, with Rita Ora's return 'not guaranteed'.

But despite the gossip, Daily Mail Australia understands the 36-year-old singer's comeback could be thwarted by her commitments to a rival network.

The Voice now airs on Seven, but Delta is locked in to star on Nine's Celebrity Apprentice next year.

After making a brief appearance on this year's season of Celebrity Apprentice, a source said Delta was 'all but confirmed' to be one of the high-profile contestants heading into Alan Sugar's boardroom in 2022.

'Delta was flattered to be asked on Celebrity Apprentice,' the insider told Daily Mail Australia.

'It's another great chance for her to build her public profile and work with Lord Sugar.'
