And Carol Vorderman, 60, flaunted her taut stomach in royal blue gym wear on Monday, taking to Instagram to document her post-workout feelings.

The presenter immersed herself in a 'sweaty session' ran by former professional rugby player Mel Deane and was keen to tell her 162,000 followers all about it.

Those endorphins clearly released, Carol recorded a message for her fans - as well as penning a similar message - while she continued to show off her physique.

'First sweaty session with @meldeane12....I'll thank you later @gabbylogan. Really enjoyed it even tho I wasn't up the standard of the others ......the girls were kind tho.....thank you girls. I swear I'll get better.

The workout comes after Carol's recent Juicy Oasis retreat in Portugal - to complete a seven day juice, yoga and fitness programme. 

The star took to Instagram over the weekend to treat fans with a sizzling hot tub selfie following the sun-soaked getaway.

Sending temperatures soaring in a nude bikini, the TV personality posed up a sultry storm as she showcased her ample assets in the busty number.

She flashed a beaming smile as she wore her gorgeous brown tresses in their natural damp waves.
