The comedian, 35, donned a black sequin gown and a pearl choker for the photoshoot which looked just like the 2014 cover for Paper magazine.
The only aspect which was different was instead of a glass on her bottom it was a tray of chips and in replacement of champagne there was a streak of ketchup spurting out of a bottle.
