Chrissy Teigen opened up about completing 100 days of sobriety on Tuesday, as she says she's looking to continue improving herself in the wake of a cyberbullying scandal earlier this year.
Teigen, 35, chat on the Today show with Hoda Kotb Tuesday about the lifestyle changes she made in the wake of the controversy.
'For me it was a big moment of like, "Wow, I need to find out how I can be better, how I can grow from this, learn from this,"' she said. 'There's that old cliché of "I'm glad it happened," but truly it made me a stronger person. A better person.
