Eight years after the original Dexter series went off the air, Michael C. Hall hit the red carpet to celebrate the return of Dexter: New Blood.
The 50-year-old actor rocked a black-on-black look at the premiere, held at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York City, ahead of the show's debut on Showtime November 7.
Hall was seen posing with co-stars such as Jack Alcott, who plays Dexter Morgan's son Harrison, and the actor's wife, Morgan Macgregor.

The show is set 10 years after the ending of the original series, with Dexter Morgan living a brand new life in a sleepy upstate New York town.

While Dexter has been thought to have died while disappearing in the midst of Hurricane Laura, he has surfaced in Iron Lake, New York as Jim Lindsay.
The trailers have teased that he works at a bait and tackle shop while settling down with the new love of his life, Angela Bishop (Julia Jones).
His peaceful new life is complicated when his teenage son Harrison (Jack Alcott) has somehow managed to track him down.
