The Bachelor's Matty J and Laura Byrne are Byron Bay's newest residents.
The couple have purchased a $1.87million property in the idyllic Bangalow, in the hinterland of Byron.
On Friday, the pair were seen meeting with a real estate agent and posing for pictures out the front of the 'sold' sign with their family.

It is believed the pair purchased the property back in September.
The pad features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a two-car garage.
It also has hardwood floors, white high ceilings and a lush lawn.
