Christine McGuinness has revealed she felt 'physically sick' after her husband Paddy was pictured linking arms with All Saints' Nicole Appleton in 2018.
The model, 33, admitted in excerpts obtained by The Mirror from her upcoming autobiography, A Beautiful Nightmare, that it was a 'heartbreaking moment'.
She revealed her husband, 48, still regrets not picking up her calls after the pictures began circulating online, prompting such a strong reaction in Christine at the time that she vomited.
Paddy and Nicole, who both call presenter Holly Willoughby a pal and share a similar friendship circle, seemed at ease as they hit Soho together.

Meanwhile former Miss Liverpool Christine had been at their family home in Cheshire, with their then four-year-old twins Leo and Penelope, and 10-month-old daughter Felicity.
Despite encouragement from her friends, Christine noted that 'she was 'never going to leave him' as she knew he had been 'struggling with life at home'.
The reality star penned: 'It was a bit of a heartbroken moment. I was absolutely devastated by these pictures.'
'Patrick had spent weeks in London. He was filming The Keith & Paddy Picture Show and was due to come back, but rang me to tell me he was exhausted. "Stay down there," I told him, calmly. "Get your work done and come home when you're ready."'

Hours after the photos emerged, she took to social media to share a number of cryptic posts about 'lies' and 'deserving more', as it was revealed her husband and the singer had been exchanging tweets for five months.
She wrote at the time: 'When you realise you deserve so much more… that's not a bad thing.'
After ignoring the Take Me Out hosts string of calls, Christine struggled to look at him when he returned home, she said.

Ultimately, she decided to take him back due to wanting her children to have a dad at home, which is something she had not experienced herself growing up.
The Blackpool native concluded: 'For that to happen, I had to brush it under the carpet. I haven't mentioned it since. We've never spoken about it really, and I've certainly never talked about it publicly before.'

While Paddy has since apologised to Christine for not picking up her calls, he joked about the pictures at the time, tweeting: 'Can’t beat a bit of live telly after a night on the lash', before admitting to a fan that he was 'still a bit squiffy'.
