The 41-year-old mogul went to the app's Stories feature to post a quick snippet of her and 37-year-old sister Khloe Kardashian's feet as they moved on exercise machines. The mom-of-four wrote, 'Sister workout w @khloekardashian.'
This comes just as it was claimed by TMZ that her estranged husband Kanye West has 'headed to desert' after he was accused of punching an autograph hound several times.

Both siblings sported matching skintight black leggings and a pair of sneakers.
Kim opted for a grey and white variety while Khloe's rocked Nikes with a charcoal grey panel and pink accents.
The second-oldest Kardashian daughter appeared to be on some fort of treadmill and Khloe used a device with stairs.
In the snippet the SKIMS founder said, 'Early sister workout,' and scanned their lower halves. Then she said 'Switch? Now we're switching.'

Earlier this week Kim also took to Instagram to share a selfie on a Pilates contraption.
The reality TV personality posed holding up a peace sign over her head as she snapped a photo in a full size mirror.
She alerted fans that '2 workouts a day with my sisters started up again today.'
