Bachelor star Irena Srbinovska has shared a candid update on her mental health, days after admitting she felt 'broken' due to Western Australia's recent border closures.
The reality star relocated from Perth to her Melbourne hometown over the weekend, after telling fans she'd been 'struggling being away' from her family in Victoria.
As a result, the nurse is now separated indefinitely from her boyfriend Locklan Gilbert, who remains trapped within Western Australia's deadlocked borders.

On Thursday, Irena returned to social media for an Instagram Story Q&A, responding to one fan who asked how her mental health was going.
'I decided when the announcement was made that WA was NOT going to open up as PLANNED and PROMISED that I would still go home to see my family as I felt I needed it,' she began.
'I am feeling like myself again after resetting here at home. Nothing like a hug from my family and my mum's cooking to reset the body and mind. Plus hugs from [my family dog] Leo.'
