Britney Spears shares private plane selfie of her 'horrible purple hair'

On Wednesday, Grammy winner Britney Spears Instastoried a video of herself in a private plane, which appeared to have been taken when she flew to Maui back on January 22.

The 40-year-old semi-retired pop star - who boasts 153.5M social media followers - captioned the selfie: 'Me and my horrible purple hair.'

On January 24, Britney wrote of her lavender shade: 'I will be honest I think my purple hair is absolutely horrible. I wish someone would have told me.' 

Spears was so nostalgic for her signature blonde mane, she shared a make-up free, swimsuit and heels-clad video of herself dancing to her 2007 song Get Naked (I Got a Plan) before she had dyed her hair.

The Mississippi-born former Mouseketeer also cryptically wrote: 'This is a tease of what's to come.'

Britney's fiancé Sam Asghari did an Amazon Live on Wednesday where he offered Valentine's Day gift ideas such as an e-bike, popcorn maker, cologne, candles, sunglasses, and cameras.

'You don't have to break the bank to buy the perfect gift,' the Iranian 26-year-old noted. 

'It's about, "How can I express my love and how can I show this person I love them the most?" You don't have to be creative for a man. For females, it's better to be creative.'

Sam revealed that in the past he and Spears have exchanged expensive Rolex watches, which was 'sentimental' and a 'beautiful thing' since they've 'been together for seven years.'

Asghari also confessed he once created a crafty homemade gift for the divorced mother-of-two involving a photograph of the couple with flowers around it.

Britney - who's 'thinking about having another baby' - announced she got engaged to the PBC actor on November 13, the day after her 13-year conservatorship ended.
