And David and Victoria Beckham went head to head in a planking competition on Instagram on Thursday.
The famous couple looked like they meant business as they faced each other with four light up round boxes in front of them.

Victoria, 48, looked chic in an all black ensemble as she rolled up the sleeves of her sweatshirt and tied her brunette tresses back out of her face.
David, 47, rocked a pair of black joggers which he teamed with a grey T-shirt for the workout.
The couple tapped their colour light as it lit up while their trainer Bobby Rich watched on in their home gym.

Their daughter Harper, 10, who filmed the ab workout can be heard cheering on her parents, saying: 'Come on daddy, come on mummy.'
It seems Victoria scored 48 while David managed to top that with a staggering 61.

Earlier in the day, Victoria seemed in high spirts as she posed on the back of a boat in a lavish location.
The fashion designer showcased her slim physique in a white Reebok skirt and a matching sports bra.
The mum-of-four reached up to the blue sky with her one arm and to the side with the other as she stood on her tip toes for the snap.
