Sandra Oh has learned that fame comes with a price.
The 50-year-old actress revealed she suffered from health problems, including insomnia and back pain, after she became a star on Grey's Anatomy where she played the laser focused Dr. Cristina Yang for 10 seasons.
The admission came during a discussion about the repercussions of sudden fame with Squid Game star Jung Ho-yeon, 27, in the Variety Actors on Actors edition.

'When Grey's Anatomy came — my life changed very much,' she said.
'And it's tricky to imagine, because this is almost 20 years ago, so the context is very different, but the stress is the same — or the confusion is the same... Because I feel like, honestly, I got sick. I think my whole body was very, very sick.'
'It's just like, "Oh, I can't sleep. Oh, my back hurts. I don't know what's wrong with my skin."'
While on the medical drama, Sandra earned multiple awards and nominations for her work.
