Jason Sudeikis was seen filming Ted Lasso in London on Wednesday - hours before his ex Olivia Wilde won the New York custody battle against him after a judge ruled that California is her children's home state.
Court filings obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com have revealed the exes' once-amicable custody and co-parenting agreement has turned into a bitter dispute over Wilde's plans to relocate to London, where new boyfriend Harry Styles is based.
Sudeikis, 46, had filed the suit against his ex in New York City Family Court over their two children in October 2021. He had wanted his two children with Wilde, 38, to live with him in Brooklyn.
Wilde, however, wanted them to stay with her in Los Angeles, and possibly relocate to London, where her boyfriend Harry Styles lives.

A New York judge dismisssed the case on Wednesday - with Jason seen filming scenes for the for the show's third season - after it emerged Olivia had accused him of intentionally trying to 'embarrass' and 'threaten' her with the serving of the custody papers in April.
Jason wore a green shirt, flat cap and joggers as he chatted with crew members outside a Greek taverna, before filming new scenes.
Jason was also seen looking pensive as he threw himself into character for the drama.
Sudeikis and Wilde began dating in 2011 and went on to have two children, son Otis, 8, and daughter Daisy, 5, before splitting in late 2020.

Wilde and Sudeikis began dating in November 2011 and got engaged in December 2012, before eventually splitting in November 2020. Wilde began dating Styles in January 2021,
The judge, in a legal filing signed August 5, ruled 'New York was not the home state of the subject children' and that rather 'California was the children’s home state.'
'Therefore, for the reasons stated on the record on July 15, 2022, respondent’s motion to dismiss the custody petitions filed on October 21, 2021 is granted,' the filing, which was reviewed by Page Six, stated.
The court determined 'New York does not have jurisdiction to hear the custody petitions' because it is not Otis and Daisy's home state.
Wilde filed a petition to 'determine parental relationship in Superior Court of California, in LA' on May, the filing noted. Her legal team moved to legally dismiss Sudekis' custody case on May 18.
The custody battle is now likely to continue to California, experts allege.
The actors had continued to co-parent and share custody of their kids since then, alternating one-week periods of 'parental access', while they both split their time between New York, Los Angeles, and London.

But those arrangements became no longer viable in April this year, when the pair had a disagreement about where they would be raising their children permanently, prompting Sudeikis to file a custody petition.

'Recently, however, Jason decided that he wanted to go to New York for the next year while he is not working, and wanted the children to be with him there during this time off,' the actress said in the filing.
'When I did not agree, since the children have not lived in New York for several years, Jason filed these papers.'
Wilde, who began dating Styles in January 2021, argued that the children have spent most of the last four years in LA or in London, even attending schools in the two cities.
Wilde was infamously served the court documents on April 26 as she spoke about her new movie on stage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas.
