'No one was seriously hurt. I woke up this morning with aches and pains and felt sad about what happened. I woke up last night and couldn't sleep because the day had just caught up on me,' she continued.

The Gold Coast glamazon explained that she initially tried to bottle up her emotions after the crash.

'I kept telling myself yesterday ''it could have been worse'', which is true. But I realised I was invalidating my feelings and experience. My body is reminding me of the impact today,' she wrote.
