The Block's Rachel and Ryan Carr have been awarded $760 by the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal after getting caught up in a dispute with a real estate agent.
The couple originally sought $5,392 over a claim of negligence against Assured Real Estate director Britney Kraus, after they said they'd lost money in unclaimed rent.
They told the tenancy watchdog that Ms Kraus had failed to notify the couple over a lapsed landlord insurance policy, reports News.com.au.
