Chris Moyles was left annoyed in Tuesday night's episode of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! when Boy George didn't let him take part in the latest Bushtucker trial.

The radio presenter, 48, put himself forward for the revolting Grot Yoga trial, which required three campmates to volunteer for the challenge to earn meals for camp.

But after Chris put himself forward for the trial, Boy George instead picked Seann Walsh and Mike Tindall for the task, despite Chris volunteering before them both.

It comes after Chris only managed to bag one star in his second Bushtucker trial last week when he was forced to face his fear of confined spaces.

In the latest sign of camp tension, the presenter shared his annoyance at George after his campmates seemingly didn't let him take part in the latest trial.

After the camp learned the trial was called 'Grot Yoga', George, 61, put himself forward for the challenge, saying: 'I'm up for doing it.'

Commenting on George's love for yoga, Mike, 44, said: 'Says yoga, says George.'

Chris then volunteered, adding: 'I'll put myself forward because I've not done a Trial well for a few days.'

Third to volunteer was Mike, who said: 'I'll happily do it.'

Seann also put himself forward, adding: 'I'm in… I'm sick of being a coward and I'm going to brave it.'

George, Mike and Seann were the three campmates picked to do the trial, despite Jill Scott asking 'but what about Chris?'.

Chris claimed he didn't make the cut because he was George's 'old friend', with Seann being his new pal.

He said in the Bush Telegraph: 'I'm like, "Hello…" then I wasn't in the running anymore. I'm the old friend [of Boy George's], Seann's his new friend.'

George described the trio as the 'perfect team' in the Bush Telegraph, adding: 'I think we chose the right people, we're the perfect triangle.'

Later speaking to Mike, Chris shared his frustration at not being picked for the challenge, saying the situation had 'escalated quickly.

'Well, that escalated quickly… I'm like, "Look, I'll do it. I'll put myself forward", he said.

'And then Seann goes, "I'll do it". And then Boy George goes, "It's me, Seann and Mike".'

To which Mike asked: 'Are you upset…?'

An annoyed Chris then responded: 'I'm out then am I..?'

In the Bush Telegraph, Mike said they hadn't picked Chris for the challenge because there was 'a lot of scope' for what the trial could entail.

He said: 'I'm still wondering if we should have maybe let Chris have a go. I don't know. I just don't know what it could be. It could be a massive height, it could be under water. There is a lot of scope for Grot Yoga I think.'

After arriving at the trial, Declan Donnelly asked the group why they had chosen on that team for the gruesome challenge.

He asked: 'Why have we got you three here today, George?'

To which George said: 'Because I do yoga every day, everybody thought, 'You'll be the right person.' Hmm.. maybe not. I'm all up for new experiences.'

Seann admitted: 'The truth is, this was tactical. There's a lot of anxiety up there about doing the Trials, I just thought, if I just get it out of the way, tomorrow day off…'

Mike said about getting experience doing yoga during rugby training: 'Yoga is part of training, but not my specialty.'

Not only was the broadcaster struggling with his surroundings, things got worse when he dropped his bag, losing the spanners he was using to unscrew the stars, and also the tokens themselves.

He was forced to use the final few minutes of the challenge to retrieve the items - but he was only able to rescue one of the two stars he'd collected.

The radio DJ arrived at the trial clearing on Wednesday's episode with 'tears in his eyes', telling hosts Ant and Dec, 'I'm sh*****g myself' and his fear took over, leaving him with only one star for camp.

Heading to the latest trial on Tuesday, George, Mike and Seann were all forced to contort into different yoga positions inside three clear boxes for the Grot Yoga trial.

Explaining the Trial, Ant McPartlin said: 'This is Grot Yoga. It's hot yoga like you've never seen before. Each of you have to sit on one of these mats, inside the three tanks. There are 8 stars up for grabs so there are 8 rounds to this Trial.

'In each round we'll show you a yoga pose, you must all copy and hold that pose for a minute while [chanting] 'Om'.

Dec added: 'If you successfully hold your pose for a minute then you get another minute to pass a star from one end of the Trial to the other and into the collection pot at the end, using only your mouths. Each star placed successfully into the collection pot equals a meal for camp.'

Dec added: 'If you drop the star in your tank or on the floor, it's lost.'

Throughout the trial, Mike and Seann were then pelted with offal, while Boy George was covered in rotten fruit and vegetables as a vegetarian.

Poses included The Moth, The Pigeon and The Mudcrab, with Ant admitted that Seann looked like he 'might vom'.

Seann admitted: 'I feel sick.'

'That stinks! Smells like bin juice,' Dec added.
