She's known for her leading role in classic comedy-crime film Sister Act and its sequel.
And Whoopi Goldberg, who is set to grace the screen once again for a third edition of the film after 30 years later, has urged her former co-star Dame Maggie Smith to reprise her role too.
The actress and TV personality admitted that she 'just can't do it' with anyone other than Maggie taking on the Mother Superior character as she discussed the new flick.

Talking with Loose Women's Judi Love in an interview on Friday, Whoopi was quizzed on plans for a third Sister Act, which Disney+ confirmed in 2020.
But there still something missing from the production, as she pleaded Maggie - who starred in the previous two films - to return for one last hurrah.
She explained: 'You know, one of the things that I want to make sure I do while I'm here is… I want to let Maggie Smith know that I'm holding the part of Mother Superior for you [Maggie]. Because I just can't do it with anybody but you.
'So if you need me to come over here [to England] and shoot and do whatever we have to do, we will do whatever you want us to do, but we don't want to do it without you.”
