The 35-year-old former Saturday Night Live castmember - who was in attendance at the You People premiere in LA last week - recently revealed how he was able to lose 20 pounds in just 21 days.

The comedian - who has documented his fitness journey's on social media previously - took to Instagram on Saturday to write: 'I've lost about 20 pounds in the last 3 weeks, totally intentional..

Toymaker Jeremy Padawer was mystified by the fitness achievement as he asked how it was possible.

Jay replied: 'Controlled diet and 6-8 miles of running on level 12, 6 times a week, weight fell off like post [sic] roast meat.'
