Mick Jagger and Diane von Furstenberg sent fans wild as they reunited for a sweet selfie on Sunday night. 

The septuagenarians cosied up for a picture as Diane, 76, gushed over their decades-long friendship. 

Clad in a bright pink scarf and donning gold earrings, Diane rested her head on Mick's, 79, as she penned: 'Two old friends many decades later … still kicking and most important GRATEFUL !'

Their famous friends were quick to comment on the shot, with Lily Alridge penning 'icons', while Naomi Campbell posted three hearts. 

Fellow fashion designer Daphne Guinness revealed she'd also been in attendance, writing: 'This was such a fantastic evening, thank you Diane for everything❤️❤️❤️I love you!', while Mick's daughter Jade Jagger was clearly upset about missing out on the fun as she penned: 'Where are u guys.'

Mick and Diane were regulars on the party scene in the Seventies, spending many nights at the legendary Studio 54. 

The pair mixed in the same circles, with Diane, known for inventing the wrap dress, commanded the fashion scene, while Mick and The Rolling Stones were legendary in the music business. 

While their partying ways may have slowed down somewhat in recent years they'll  no doubt be dusting off their party hats and shoes when Sir Mick turns 80 in July.
