50 Cent is working on a new series with Paramount+ currently called Vice City, which will detail the story of three men who enter the drug trade in Miami in the 1980s after being drummed out of the military.
The show is being developed by the 47-year-old rapper's G-Unit Film & Television in a collaboration with Paramount Television Studios and Lionsgate Television.
It is being worked on by writers Darnell Metayer and Josh Peters and director Chad Stahelski, with all three serving as executive producers, Deadline reported.
The show, according to a synopsis from producers, follows three friends from Miami who are dishonorably discharged from military service amid the Iran–Contra affair.
When they return home disgraced and displaced with no career opportunities available, they enter a partnership with a mystery man from Colombia
