Bianca, 37, suffered a nip slip as she poured her curves into a stunning gold minidress by Alex Perry, worth a cool $2,250.
Luckily for Bianca, she put her own brand of nipple covers to good use as she almost busted out of her frock.
Despite the fashion mishap, she looked hot to trot as she joined her newly-married sister Bridgett at the Fredericks café and Bar for the exclusive event.

Bianca showed off a deep golden tan and wore her dark locks out and over her shoulders, with bracelets and jewellery from brands including Van Cleef & Arpels.
Her sister Bridgett, who tied the knot with husband Joshua Cavallaro in Melbourne last month, looked chic in a plunging black minidress and oversized blazer and heels.
