Best friends Chris Hemsworth, 40, and Matt Damon, 52, have taken their bond to another level by getting tattoos together.
In several Instagram photos, the pair are seen being inked by talented Bang Bang tattoo artist Corina Weikl at a private residence in Los Angeles.
One captured Chris holding Matt's hand while Weikl crafted the design on his right bicep, as their wives Elsa Pataky and Luciana Barroso looked on.
In another, Chris proudly displayed his fresh ink, showcasing a striking display of abstract lines down his left forearm.
The pair got the tattoos just before attending this year's Oscars.

Weikl posted the photos on her Instagram page and wrote in the caption: 'Pre-game hangs before the Oscars with @chrishemsworth @elsapataky #mattdamon @dameluce. I love my job. Thank you for being so great.'
Matt and Chris have enjoyed a close friendship of over a decade, with Damon frequently flying to Sydney to hang out with Chris at his Byron Bay mansion.
