Daphne Joy previously claimed her ex 50 Cent had 'kicked her' in an alleged domestic violence incident back in 2013.

50 Cent - real name Curtis James Jackson III - was accused of ransacking Joy's bedroom during a dispute at her condominium in Toluca Lake, California on June 23, 2013, according to CNN

He denied the accusations at the time and ultimately struck a deal with prosecutors to get the domestic violence charge against him dropped after pleading no contest to vandalism.

The incident occurred 11 years before Joy accused 50 Cent of rape, physical abuse, and being an absent father to their 11-year-old son Sire in a shock post on Thursday. He denied her allegations in a statement provided to DailyMail.com.

'The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my twelve year old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire,' read a statement released on behalf of Jackson by his representative in response to Joy's latest accusations.

His 2013 dispute with Joy was brought back into the public eye following her allegations.

During the 2013 incident, prosecutors claimed Joy locked herself in her bedroom before Jackson allegedly kicked open the door and then kicked her, causing her injury. He was accused of leaving $7,100 in property damage behind and leaving the scene before authorities showed up.

'During an argument, Jackson allegedly began destroying the female’s property,' reads a statement by the city prosecutor's office. 'Allegedly when the female locked herself in her bedroom, Jackson kicked open the bedroom door and kicked her, causing an injury.'

Damaged chandeliers and furniture were reportedly found by police throughout the residence. The prosecutor's office said the bedroom closet had been ransacked and clothes had been tossed around the floor.

They also claimed a broken television and lamp were found.

The Candy Ship hitmaker denied the allegations through his attorney, Scott Leemo, who said: 'Curtis Jackson denies these allegations as made against him. It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest. (We) are currently conducting our own investigation into these allegations.'

However, City Attorney Mike Feuer said in a statement: 'Regardless of perceived celebrity or notoriety, domestic violence is a serious crime, and alleged perpetrators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by this office.'
