The 40-year-old actor and his 33-year-old film executive fiancee were spotted checking out of the Whitby Hotel on Tuesday.
The couple were in town for the New York City premiere of Cavill's new film The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, which hits theaters on Friday.
Cavill was seen exiting the luxury hotel on 56th Street in Midtown Manhattan on Tuesday donning a white sweatshirt with rolled-up sleeves.
He also sported some black Aviator sunglasses and a green plaid derby hat as he left the $1,100-a-night hotel with his girlfriend.
