The personal trainer, 53, became the fourth star to exit the jungle camp on the 2024 series of I'm A Celebrity, before Skye Wheatley went on to be crowned winner.
Michelle has since returned to normal life in Sydney and took to Instagram on Thursday to reflect on her jungle journey as she returned to the gym.
The fitness fanatic shared a video of herself lifting weights and revealed how weeks in the jungle has changed her body, sharing that she has lost some muscle mass.
Alongside footage of her working out, she said: 'I've lost a bit of muscle mass in four weeks in the jungle and a bit of strength too, so I'm back on track.

In the video, the health and wellness author showed off her strength as she lifted weights and smiled at the camera as she gave an insight into her exercise regime.
Michelle, who rose to fame as a trainer on The Biggest Loser in 2007, also shared an empowering message with her followers in an accompanying caption.
