Steve Jacobs is currently visiting Malaysia and over the weekend he spotted an unusual sight by the side of the road.
The former Today show weatherman shared a series of images to Instagram in which he posed alongside a huge snake on a roadway.
Unfortunately, the animal was dead, having been run over, and many of his fans were less than impressed by the photos.
'Poor snake,' commented one person while another said, 'Omg poor thing'.
Yet another agreed, 'Sad for the snake, sad death' with someone else saying, 'Oh that poor animal'.
