She gave birth to her first child, son Arnold, in September last year.
And Tiffiny Hall revealed in Thursday's OK! magazine how she managed to shed the baby weight.
Admitting she'd still 'like to lose another three to four kilos,' the 33-year-old has taken a slow-but-steady approach, incorporating walking, Pilates and light resistance training.
'I'd like to lose another three kilos but I'm not focused on weight': Tiffiny Hall, 33, revealed in Thursday's OK! magazine how she shed the baby weight, just five months after giving birth to son Arnold
'I have lost over 21 kg since Arnold's birth. I would like to lose another three to four kilos, but I'm not totally focused on weight,' Tiffiny told the publication.
Not feeling the pressure to shed the pounds right after birth, the first-time mother eased back into a fitness routine.
'I walked with Arnold and the pram at two weeks post-natal. Once I had the all-clear from my obstetrician at six weeks, I started back at Pilates and some light resistance training and walking with the baby,' Tiffiny revealed.
The blonde Beauty also shared her day on a plate, consisting of a pear and cinnamon smoothie for breakfast, a roast vegetable wrap for lunch, Moroccan lamb skewers for dinner, and chocolate fudge balls for a snack.
