Appearing on Thursday's Project to promote her series Lilly D V.A.P, Madeleine admitted that trying to write with six children in tow can be a bit of a struggle.

Project host and mum-of-two Carrie Bickmore was taken aback by Madeleine's achievement, asking the former Neighbours star how she managed such a deft balancing act.
'I don't tend to sleep very much,' she admitted. 'Sleep? that's an archaic concept.'
Co-host Tommy Little, also in awe of Madeleine's time management skills asked: 'Are you a bit nuts?
Badge of honour: 'I am a bit nuts and proud of it,' she declared. 'I think you've got to be a little different in this world.'
Rather than be insulted at the question, Madeleine agreed with the sentiment, admitting that she wore her 'nuttiness' like a badge of honour.
