Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp believes former transfer target Christian Pulisic will be a 'good signing' for Chelsea after his move to the Premier League was announced on Wednesday.
The highly regarded American winger, 20, completed a £58million switch to Stamford Bridge on the second day of the January window but will return to Dortmund for the rest of the campaign.
Klopp has been a long-term admirer of Pulisic and even tabled an £11m bid for him back in 2016 that was swiftly rejected by the Bundesliga giants
