Anthony Joshua has reverted back to working on the basics as he returned to his old gym for a training session this week while the search for his next opponent rumbles on.
The unified heavyweight champion has made huge improvements over the past 12 months in his footwork and has continued to focus on that aspect of his boxing.
Joshua returned to Finchley Boxing Club - the gym where he began his career in the sport as a lanky 18-year-old - and posted a video on his Instagram of him working on his movement and defence as he shadow boxed in the ring on Sunday morning.
