Raheem Sterling produced a touching tribute to Damaray Dawkins after scoring his second goal at Wembley on Friday after the Crystal Palace youth player lost his battle with leukaemia. 

Sterling worked hard as part of the campaign to find the 13-year-old a bone marrow stem cell donor but after a five-year battle with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, Dawkins passed away.
