Romelu Lukaku scored twice to down Scotland in Brussels as Belgium made it four consecutive victories in Group I.
Lukaku scored shortly before half-time and then doubled his side's lead in the second half before Kevin De Bruyne added a third in stoppage time.
Roberto Martinez's side are on track to qualify for Euro 2020 while Scotland are fourth in the group behind Kazakhstan and Russia.
