The scenes at Millennium Square in Leeds started to get ugly as Abdul-Bari Awad, better known as Kid Galahad, had a bottle thrown at him, according to The Sun.
The weigh-in between Galahad and Josh Warrington was always set to be feisty, and after the pair squared up they had to be quickly pulled away, at which point a few onlookers attempted to rush the Qatari-born man.
Galahad and his team exited the area unhurt, but this will only fuel the fire as the two boxers prepare to face each other in the ring on June 15.
