hope to have Victor Lindelof back from injury for Sunday's Premier League clash with Brighton at Old Trafford.

The Sweden defender missed the Europa League win over Partizan Belgrade with a foot injury he aggravated in last weekend's defeat at Bournemouth but is set to return.

United also expect Scott McTominay to be available after he also sustained a foot injury against Partizan. The midfielder confirmed that it wasn't serious as he left Old Trafford on Thursday night.

That would leave Paul Pogba, Luke Shaw, Eric Bailly, Nemanja Matic, Axel Tuanzebe, Diogo Dalot and Angel Gomes on the casualty list.

Asked about the team news for Brighton, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said: 'Hopefully Scott, hopefully Victor as well. He hasn't trained this week – it's his foot.'

With Ashley Young suspended, young Brandon Williams could make his first Premier League start after he was an unused substitute in the 3-0 win over Partizan.

'I'm not going to give the team out,' added Solskjaer.
