Eddie Hearn has defended the decision to take Anthony Joshua's money-spinning rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr to Saudi Arabia, despite accusations of 'sportswashing' in the region.
Joshua is set to earn an eyewatering £66million for the fight, as revealed by Sportsmail, which is comfortably the biggest purse in British boxing history.
But it has not all been positive PR in the build-up to this Saturday's battle, with Amnesty International issuing a stinging statement this week, accusing the Saudi government of attempting to 'sportswash' the country's tarnished image.
