A jockey in the United States has died after his horse collided with the race-side railings and he was thrown off his horse.
Eduardo Gutierrez-Sosa, 29, was racing at the Crooked River Roundup event in Oregon on Wednesday when he was bucked off his horse and suffered fatal injuries.
The horse, two-year-old Godfather Advice, was running in the middle of the track when he hit the railing. The colt was trained by Gutierrez-Sosa's wife, Rosa Rodriguez.
