Chris Sutton has taken to Twitter to mock Steven Gerrard for leaving Rangers after he told a reporter not to ask him 'silly questions' in regards to his future at the club.
Gerrard used his post-match interview after Rangers' Europa League victory over Brondby to swat away notions of a possible departure from the Scottish giants.
However, Gerrard has now gone back on his word and left Rangers to join Aston Villa after the Premier League club parted ways with Dean Smith earlier this month.
