Ray Parlour claims Mohamed Salah 'does deserve' whatever financial package he is entitled to at Liverpool as contract negotiations continue to overshadow his stellar season.

The Egyptian forward has been the standout player in the Premier League this season, leading the top-flight's scoring charts with ten and also the assist tally leaderboard with seven set-ups for Liverpools. 

But Salah currently has 19 months left on his current Anfield deal and has been linked with a move away from Merseyside over the past 12 months, even though reports have linked the Reds with a £500,000 a week contract offer for the attacker.
