Thomas Tuchel has praised the mentality and ethos around Chelsea for giving him the platform for success.
The German head coach was named Best FIFA Men's Coach 2021 at a ceremony in Switzerland on Monday evening, a clean sweep for the club with Emma Hayes picking up the Women's award.
Tuchel led Chelsea to their second Champions League triumph in Porto last May, while they also lifted the UEFA Super Cup after beating Villarreal.
And the former Paris Saint-Germain boss has heaped praise on those in charge at Stamford Bridge, insisting that all have been key in delivering trophies.
