This could be Tom Brady's final Week 1 match despite unretiring to take part in the 2022 NFL season. 

Brady returned to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just 40 days after announcing his retirement .

Initially, the seven-time Super Bowl champion announced his retirement following 22 seasons in the league on February 1.

By late March, Brady was back and is ready to roll into season 23 which begins at Dallas on Sunday Night Football. 

Even before his season has started, NFL insider Ian Rapoport revealed those close to Brady think there is a finality about 2022.

'He has never said it publicly, but multiple parties involved acknowledge that after last year's retirement then unretirement, the end is coming,' Rapoport said. 

'That is the understanding, that this is the final year.'
