Gordon Taylor’s £350,000-a-year right-hand man has been disqualified by the public body investigating the PFA’s charity arm, Sportsmail can reveal.
Darren Wilson, who was also finance director at the trade union, can no longer sit as a trustee in what is a significant move by The Charity Commission.
It is understood Wilson has appealed the disqualification, which is one of the most stringent sanctions that the Commission has at its disposal.
