Thomas Tuchel will reportedly have to depart England for good in December after he was sacked by Chelsea rather than being placed on gardening leave.
Tuchel was axed as Blues boss in September and will not be able to stay in the country due to post-Brexit visa laws as he is unemployed.
But The Telegraph reports that two of the German's assistants from his time at Stamford Bridge, Zsolt Low and Benjamin Webber, were placed on gardening leave, which means they are technically still employed and are able to remain in England.
The reasons why Tuchel, who won the Champions League with Chelsea in 2021, was not given a similar arrangement by the Todd Boehly-led group at Stamford Bridge are unclear.
