Alexandra Davis filed a paternity lawsuit against Jones last year in which she claimed her mother was paid $375,000 as hush money to kept Davis's alleged biological relation to Jones a secret.

In the most recent lawsuit, reportedly filed in Texarkana, TX., federal court, named Jones, longtime friend Donald T. Jack Jr. and communications consultant Jim Wilkinson as the defendants.

Seeking an unspecified amount of damages, the suit alleges - according to the report - that Davis had her character attacked in a 'slander campaign' by both Jones and his people 'based knowingly on false statements and accusations.'
