Erica Herman, the ex-girlfriend of Tiger Woods, has filed a request with a state court in Florida to reconsider the ruling that sent her dispute with the golfer to a private arbitration.
The 38-year-old Herman wants the case to be held at a public court but last month a judge rejected that case. According to USA Today, an attorney for Herman filed the new request Wednesday.
In May, judge Elizabeth Metzger rejected Herman's attempt to dismiss the non-disclosure agreement with ex-boyfriend Woods and ordered the former couple to settle lawsuits seeking millions in damages
