Los Angeles Chargers head coach Brandon Staley is set to be fired at the end of the season, according to reports.

The Chargers' miserable season continued on Sunday, when the Baltimore Ravens delivered their third straight defeat to extend their losing record to 4-7 and pile the pressure on Staley.

And according to Bleacher Report's Jordan Schultz, unless something miraculous happens between now and the end of the campaign, he will be relieved of his duties.

'Brandon Staley barring a miracle is out with the Los Angeles Chargers,' Schultz said emphatically.

'And the reason is they have not had sustained regular season success, they've only been to one playoff game in three plus years, there was a catastrophic loss to the Jaguars, their defense is consistently in the bottom half or in this case, this season bottom-five across every major including total defense which is dead last.'
