Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has dismissed suggestions that a large squad can cause problems as he prepares to add Diego Costa to his ranks.
Costa, a La Liga winner at the Vicente Calderon Stadium before moving to Stamford Bridge in 2014, will resume his Atletico career in January after Chelsea agreed to sell the striker for £55million plus a possible £5m in add-ons.
The 28-year-old, who may be unveiled at Atletico's Wanda Metropolitano before next week's Champions League game against Chelsea, will join a strike-force that already includes Angel Correa, Fernando Torres, Kevin Gameiro and Antoine Griezmann.
