A young woman died in a mystery tragedy on a 'romantic getaway' to a lakeside retreat to see in the New Year.
Hollie Connis was found collapsed by her partner who set off a fire alarm to get help at the luxury Glan y Gro Lakeside Suites in Llangower, Bala, Wales.
The 23-year-old's cause of death is currently unknown - and a man is helping police with their enquiries.
Today Hollie's grandmother led the tributes to her 'gorgeous granddaughter' on Facebook, as messages of condolence poured in on social media.
'What a day my gorgeous Granddaughter passed away today,' she wrote, adding:
