A 68-year-old Chinese man has been arrested after he allegedly murdered his sister, stuffed her body into his boot and drove 14km to his other sibling's home with the intent to kill again.
Ning Wang from Clayton South in Melbourne's eastern suburbs was arrested after police found the body of his sister, Qin Wang, 57, at a house in Anthony Court, Burwood East, about 9.40am on Wednesday.
Police were alerted after neighbours heard ear-piercing screams coming from the home.
