Footage has emerged of the bizarre moment a female driver parked her car across a footpath and refused to move for a cyclist.  

Su Yin Khoo recorded her confrontation with the driver, who exited her parked car on the Viaduct Harbour Avenue footpath in Auckland's central business district.

A blonde middle-aged woman in active wear was caught on camera getting out of a white Mercedes SUV and says 'I own the whole viaduct'.
